Academic Results at TSA

Academic Excellence
Toledo School for the Arts was rated 'Excellent' in 2006 and 2007 by the Ohio Department of Education and was also one of only eight charter schools to be featured in the US Department of Education publication, Innovations in Education. TSA excels at integrating the arts with standards-based academic studies.

U.S. News and World Report Bronze Medalist
TSA was recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a Bronze Medalist from more than 18,000 public high schools as one of the very best across the country.

TSA Named School of Promise
Another honor has been given to Toledo School for the Arts by the State of Ohio, based on the achievement of their students in reading and mathematics.  As a State Superintendent’s School of Promise, TSA has shown commitment to high expectations for every student, while establishing a “caring, high-achieving school environment.”   One other school in Lucas County, Toledo Technology Academy, was a recipient of this award.
