Open House
The New Student Opent House is scheduled on January 23, 2010 at 10:00am.* This Open House will provide interested families with information about the curriculum, transportation, academic programs and electives, as well as current graduation requirements
*In the event of inclement weather, the New student Open House Snow Date is scheduled on January 30, 2010 at 10:00am.
Waiting List
The current waiting list is cleared on December 31 of each school year. All students on the waiting list must reapply for the next school year.
The new waiting list is established after all available grade levels are filled to capacity. Upon lottery draw, your family will be notified in writing of waiting list placement.
Enrollment Checklist
- TSA Application form
- Immunization Record
- Unofficial Transcript (High School only)
- Current grade report
- Proof of residency (i.e. gas bill, water bill, etc.)
- Copy of birth certificate and social security card
- All standardized test scores
- copy of IEP and MFE (if applicable)
- Custodial papers (if applicable)
- Homeschool Portfolio (if applicable, please request our guidance checklist)
Homeschool Guidelines
our guidance office has a detailed Home School packet for review, which can be requested by calling (419)246-8732 x300. As a general rule, all of the following items are needed for application:
- Home school approval letter from superintendent
- End of year assessment by a certified teacher or copy of standardized test from district office and a superintendents letter indicating completed grade level.
- Copies of state-mandated achievement, graduation or proficiency test results.
- Portfolio of home school student work samples.
- List of curriculum resources from each required subject area under the Ohio Administrative Code.
- Certified transcript indicating contact hours, grades and earned credit in each high school subject for a student requesting entry into grades 9-12.
