Samantha Jaynes, English / Social Studies

Samantha Jaynes is a 2006 summa cum laude graduate of Bowling Green State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Childhood Education. She has considerable teaching experience through her volunteer work as a classroom aide and tutor in various schools and tutoring programs in Toledo and Bowling Green. Samantha completed her student teaching in her hometown of Findlay, Ohio, where she taught sixth grade in inclusion and regular education classroom settings. This is Samantha’s first year teaching sixth and seventh grade Language Arts and Social Studies at Toledo School for the Arts. In addition to working in the company of such a dedicated staff, she also enjoys the opportunity to work with the talented and diverse student population at TSA.
