Mrs. Joan Scott Williams is a native of Toledo and a graduate of both the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University. A career educator, she has worked for the Toledo Public Schools, the Fremont City Schools and the Petersburg (Virginia) City Public Schools. Over the years, she has been employed in various educational positions ranging from teacher to secondary counselor and central office administrator. She serves in several capacities at TSA, including our student counselor and Dean of Students. Mrs. Williams is also a graduate of the United States Army Command and General Staff College, and is a former Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Quartermaster Corps. She has been employed with TSA since it opened in September 1999.
