TSA Rated Excellent!
Toledo School for the Arts was rated 'Excellent' in 2006, 2007, and 2008 by the Ohio Department of Education and was also one of only eight charter schools to be featured in the US Department of Education publication, Innovations in Education. TSA does not charge tuition. We are a state approved community school / charter school and we welcome students in grades 6 - 12 from school districts throughout the Toledo metro area and beyond. TSA excels at integrating the arts with standards-based academic studies.

Toledo School for the Arts was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as one of 320 No Child Left Behind Blue Ribbon Schools for 2008. On Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 2:15 p.m. US Secretary of Education Regional Representative Kristine Cohn presented a plaque to school officials in the schools 4th floor Attic Theater. In attendance was Senator Teresa M. Fedor(D), members of the Toledo School for the Arts Board of Directors, staff, Parents Organization representatives and students.
